Three paths.
One starting point.
Every engagement begins the same way — understanding where your energy actually is and what's driving it. From there, we figure out what makes sense for you.
Lawyers, physicians & high-stress careers.
For people who are still performing at a high level — and quietly running on fumes. The work isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about shifting the level you're operating from, so that what's already on your plate stops costing so much.
What it is
A single, focused session to understand what's actually happening at the level of your energy — without committing to a longer engagement.
This is where most clients start. It gives you something concrete regardless of what you decide to do next.
What we cover
- →Where your energy currently is and what level you're operating from
- →The specific patterns driving your depletion
- →What a realistic path forward looks like from where you are now
- →Whether deeper work together makes sense — and what that would look like
What it is
A structured 90-day coaching engagement for professionals who are ready to do sustained work — not just understand the problem, but begin shifting out of it.
What's included
- →Deep-dive energy assessment at the start of the engagement
- →Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
- →Support and accountability between sessions
- →A framework you keep and can apply long after the engagement ends
What it is
A monthly coaching retainer for clients navigating continued high-performance demands, professional transitions, or leadership challenges who want sustained support over time.
What's included
- →Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions
- →Priority access for urgent conversations between sessions
- →Continuous refinement of your energy leadership practice
- →Long-term perspective on patterns and progress

Law, medical & graduate students.
School is where the patterns get set. The pressure of exams, rankings, clinical rotations, the bar or boards — and the quiet question of whether you belong — shapes how you'll handle pressure for the rest of your career. This work helps you build a steadier foundation now, while it's easiest to change.
What it is
One focused conversation to look at where your energy is going, what's driving the stress, and what would actually help this semester.
A good fit before finals, a big exam, or a decision you've been circling.
What we cover
- →The pressure points draining you most right now
- →How you're relating to grades, rankings, and comparison
- →One or two concrete shifts you can start using this week
- →Whether ongoing coaching would be useful
What it is
Ongoing one-on-one coaching across a semester — through the build-up, the exam crunch, and the reset afterward. Built around the academic calendar, not the other way around.
What we work on
- →Managing exam, bar, or boards pressure without running on fear
- →Imposter feelings and the comparison trap
- →Sustainable routines for study, sleep, and life outside school
- →Clarity on what you want from this career — not just what's expected
What it is
For law schools, medical schools, and student organizations that want to support well-being in a practical, non-clinical way. Sessions can be tailored to orientation, exam periods, or transitions like clerkships and residency.
Options include
- →Interactive workshops on energy, stress, and performance
- →Small-group coaching cohorts
- →One-on-one coaching for a set number of students
- →Programs built around your academic calendar

Together, or parenting apart.
I've spent years in family law watching what happens when two people get stuck in the same conflict — and what it costs the kids in the middle. I've also seen how much shifts when the energy between two people changes. This work is for couples who want to strengthen what they have, and for separated parents who want co-parenting to stop feeling like a battle.
What it is
One structured session together to look at the patterns between you — where the energy gets stuck, what each of you is reacting from, and what you both want.
Works for couples together and for co-parents who are living apart.
What we cover
- →The recurring conflicts and what's actually driving them
- →How each of you shows up under stress
- →What a better working relationship would look like for both of you
- →Whether a longer program makes sense
What it is
For couples who are together and want to strengthen the relationship — through a hard season, a transition, or a pattern you're tired of repeating.
What we work on
- →Communicating from curiosity instead of defensiveness
- →Breaking the argument loops you both know by heart
- →Handling outside pressure — work, kids, money — as a team
- →Reconnecting with what you value about each other
What it is
For parents who have separated or divorced and want a calmer, more workable co-parenting relationship. Sessions can be joint, or individual if only one parent is ready to start.
What we work on
- →Lower-conflict communication and decision-making
- →Smoother handoffs, schedules, and transitions for the kids
- →Managing your own reactions when the other parent pushes buttons
- →Keeping the focus on the kids, not the old relationship
Coaching is not legal advice, mediation, or therapy. Although I am a practicing family law attorney, I don't provide legal services through Core Energy Counsel, and coaching doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice about separation, custody, or support, please work with your own attorney.
To avoid conflicts, I can't coach anyone my law practice represents or is adverse to. We'll check this before we start. If there are safety concerns in your relationship, coaching isn't the right fit — I'll gladly point you toward appropriate support.

Start with one conversation.
No long-term commitment. One session. You'll leave with a clearer picture of where your energy is and what's available to you from here — and we'll figure out together whether anything else makes sense. If your situation doesn't fit any of the paths above, reach out anyway.
